Reason #1:  The Best Equipment
You've probably noticed that most pressure-washing contractors use consumer-grade machines
that are sold in home improvement stores.  Instead, for pressure washing, we use a Largo-brand
commercial unit that was custom-built to our specifications in Tennessee.  Powered by a 24hp
Honda engine, this pressure washer is also equipped with a behemoth of a boiler which heats the
pressurized water up to 250 degrees before it reaches its destination. This unit pressurizes water
up to 3500 psi and flows 8 gpm of water.  The controls allow us to dial down the pressure as
needed to avoid damaging your property, or to turn it all the way up to "11" for the serious jobs.

          -SOFT WASHING
Alternatively, for a majority of cleaning needs, we use a high volume / low pressure soft-wash system.
Also powered by a Honda engine, this machine pressurizes water up to 300 psi and flows over 10 gpm.
This machine is plumbed to allow us to pump hot water through it as well.  Beware of any contractor
who intends to pressure wash your siding.  That practice is not recommended and will typically damage
          your home.

Reason #2:  Ultra-Heated Rinse Water
It's no secret- hot water cleans better than cold water.  The same principle applies whether you're
washing your hands, clothes, dishes, your house, or your concrete driveway.  More cleaning power
means that we can use fewer detergents to accomplish the same result.  In addition, heated water
is required for removing stubborn oil & fuel stains from concrete.  Without heat, fugetaboutit!

Reason #3:  Biodegradable Detergents
No matter what you're working on, it pays to have the right tool for the job.  Using hot rinse-water
enables us to use fewer chemicals, but there will always be times when a specialty detergent is
necessary to remove a particular stain.  We stock a complete assortment of biodegradable
detergents to ensure that we can tackle any cleaning problem on any cleaning surface- whether
glass, concrete, asphalt, vinyl, brick, block, rock, roof, wood, or whatever else needs cleaning.

Reason #4:  Best Management Practices
We use environmentally-safe detergents whenever possible, but it doesn't stop there.  We also employ
water-runoff mitigation protocols in order to remain in compliance with the Clean Water Act.  Whenever
effluent discharge is a concern, we filter our water runoff to remove harmful petroleum and oils.

Reason #5:  Exceptional Customer Service & Experience
We are not a "here today & gone tomorrow" kind of company.  We've been cleaning since 2005, and we
believe in accountability and integrity.  We communicate openly with our customers in order to set appropriate
expectations.  We also strive to exceed those expectations.  We don't merely want to earn your business
today- we want you to be so satisfied with our work that you contact us year after year for all of your exterior
cleaning needs.  This forward-thinking mentality sets us apart from many of our competitors.
